Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

To place a request for return, please send an email along with the order id to  [email protected]t within 7 days from the date of purchase.

The cost of delivery for returns/exchange is not refundable, but we will gladly cover the cost of delivering replacement items to you within India.
 

Please place the garments in their original packaging and hand it over to the pickup courier executive. 

No returns or refunds would be possible on items bought in the following scenarios:

(i) those on sale,

(ii) those with a discount code,

(iii) those via international orders or

(iv) those bought in exhibitions or pop ups

(v) Gift certificates

 

No refund or exchange will be possible if the item is damaged at customer end. For exchange in sizes, please not if the size is not available, replacement options will be shared.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

 

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process
